MJD Software and Streamcore Technologies Merge

Combined company offers broader Mobility Framework & Supply Chain solutions

RICHMOND & VANCOUVER, BC (May 10, 2008) — MJD Software, a premier developer of mobile data collection solutions for Sage Accpac ERP and Streamcore Technologies, a leading Supply Chain technology and project services provider, announced today the merger of the two companies.

The combined company is called Enablecore Technologies Inc. It will operate out of expanded premises at the existing MJD Software location at 545 - 5600 Parkwood Way, Richmond BC. Canada. All employees at both former businesses are being retained and the merger precipitated additional hires.

Together both companies deliver a more comprehensive offering to respond to ever increasing data collection and mobility challenges within inventory-based organizations.

“We’re excited about some of our new initiatives...” added Derek Kellock, former principal of Streamcore Technologies, now Director of Market Development & Strategic Initiatives at Enablecore, “…especially the componentization of our framework to complete independent data movement projects, including the integration to digital signage, and the retargeting of our mobility framework onto regular PCs and Kiosks”.

Enablecore will be introduced to its predominant channel market at Sage Software’s annual dealer and channel show, “Insights 2008” in Washington DC, May 12-15 th.
